September 2010 sees Vivien Leigh as Star of the Month on Turner Classic Movies. Every Tuesday this month they are paying homage to Vivien’s timeless beauty and exceptional talent by screening nearly her entire film resume. TCM is also known for its brilliant “commercials,” or montages about classic cinema.

I don’t think it’s hit me that she is star of the month lol. Even if it has already started, it’s been so long overdue! So glad she got her chance to shine finally. And the promo and the Now Playing segment are perfectly done and I couldn’t be happier about them.
I agree with you. For years and years I’d hoped they’d give her a day on Summer Under the Stars or something. So glad she’s finally getting a tribute! I love these promos, and I love the commentary on the Now Playing one!
